Incorporated in 1997 in Jacksonville, FL, NetLook originally was known as “The Used Car Channel” and provided 24-hour television programming containing live video of local dealership inventory. In 1999, the channel was rebranded Car TV and Car Paper was launched as a free weekly print publication distributed to hundreds of locations throughout Florida. From these origins, NetLook developed a reputation for delivering dealership inventory to consumers in the highest quality and most engaging formats available.     


Driven to adapt, evolve, and invent new solutions, NetLook has participated in several major transformations of the automotive marketing landscape during the past couple of decades. 

· No longer is it sufficient to take a single photo of a vehicle!

· Gone are the days of hiding the inventory from shoppers in the hopes of driving them to the showroom.

· Transparent and fair pricing now are standard practice

· Interactive web content, deep video content, spinning exterior models, panoramic interior 360° imagery have all become common tools to attract consumer attention

· One click, direct online purchasing and touchless vehicle delivery are an emerging practice in a post-pandemic world.

 

Milestones in our history include:

· 1997: Founding and the launch of our 24 hour television programming

· 1999: Initial distribution of The Car Paper to newsstands in Florida

· 2004: Our first integration to major online portals (a.k.a. Data Syndication) AutoTrader and Cars.com

· 2005: Officially launched a software as a service model to provide a true multi-tenant inventory management software to our automotive dealer partners

· 2007: Creation of Automotive Window Stickers division to develop and distribute our window sticker products.  We are proud to say that we invented the exterior window sticker product and were the first to bring it to market.

· 2011: Became early adopters on the Cloud software solutions provided by Amazon AWS and took our full business suite to a 100% cloud-based solution.

· 2015: Delivered an industry first live inventory Video content solution to manage dealer owned YouTube channels. 

· 2017: Integrated VehicleTell player with all major website provider solutions to deliver the highest quality and only real time field to dealer website solution for Photo, Video and Exterior 360° content

· 2019:  Inclusion of immersive panoramic interior 360° to media content suite

· 2021: NetLook continues to lead the way in unparalleled innovation within the vehicle merchandising arena, with a focus on further enhancements to the Mobile application (now supported by both Android/iOS) and the HD VehicleTell 360 solution by continuing further 3rd Party channel integration. The goal continues to be delivering "real-time" data and quality HD display advertising to dealers nationwide.
